Roxanna Ceballos, LPC
Her therapeutic style blends trauma-informed care with a holistic, client-centered approach, creating space for clients to incorporate faith and spirituality in their healing journey when it aligns with their values. She utilizes various therapeutic techniques, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and other evidence-based practices tailored to each individual, couple, or family’s needs.
Meet Roxy:
Her story began in early childhood, which led her to pursue a Master of Science in Human Services with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
She brings over 10 years of experience in human services, including working as a Social Worker and Investigator for the Department of Children and Families. In these roles, she supported families facing challenges such as domestic and intimate partner violence, and also served as a Victim’s Advocate for Family Relations through the Court-Based Services program with Prudence Crandall Center, Inc.
Her journey with DCF also inspired her to become an adoptive parent, an experience that deepened her understanding, empathy, and ability to support children through difficult adjustments.
She later worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, gaining a unique perspective on how mental health influences success in employment. With a trauma-informed and holistic approach to therapy, she creates space for clients to explore healing on multiple levels, including the integration of faith when desired. She draws from evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) while tailoring her approach to each individual’s needs
Book with Roxy:

Judith Forrester, LPC
Her approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and tailored to each person’s unique needs, helping individuals and couples cultivate confidence, acceptance, and healthier sexual expression.
Meet Judy:
My passion for helping others to achieve the version of themselves that they desire was born out of the lack of confidence within myself to achieve the me that I desired. I recognized that years of fear, abandonment issues, and low self-esteem kept me from elevating to the version of myself that I was meant to be.
After years of cycling through the stages of grief to mourn my past self, I allowed myself to enter the cocoon of self-acceptance, self-compassion, self-awareness, and self-accountability to emerge on the other side unapologetically confident me that is here today.
I migrated to the United States from Jamaica over 25 years ago, where I have raised my 4 beautiful and amazingly supportive children. I completed my graduate degree at Central Connecticut State University with a major in advanced counseling, before obtaining my license in professional counseling.
I strongly believe that self-confidence is a superpower, once we start to believe in ourselves… the magic starts to happen.
~I feel; therefore I am~
